If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website. ## 1. Educational Purpose **Disclaimer: WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SAFETY OF OUR USERS AS DRUG USE IS AN INHERENT RISK. BY USING DRUGS, YOU ACCEPT THIS RISK REGARDLESS OF THE INFORMATION FOUND ON HRA.** HRA is an educational site dedicated to drug safety and harm reduction. The information provided on this site is for educational purposes only and is not intended to serve as medical advice or to replace the guidance of medical professionals. By utilizing the site, you acknowledge that HRA is an educational resource and not a how-to guide for drug use. ## 2. Community-Sourced Information The content on HRA, including guides and informational resources, is sourced from our harm reduction community and reviewed by a review board to ensure accuracy. However, as community-sourced information, it is subject to errors. HRA is managed by a small team, and we cannot catch all errors. If you believe there is an error, please contact us to rectify it. ## 3. Safe Space Policy HRA is committed to maintaining a safe space free from hate and discrimination. We prohibit all forms of hate speech or discrimination based on sex, gender, religion, or other characteristics. Users who engage in hateful language or discriminatory behavior will be banned from interacting with our community. ## 4. Organization and Donations HRA is built, maintained, and managed by Oleum Health Research, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on improving healthcare access and education through open-source libraries and various initiatives. All donations to HRA are donations to Oleum Health Research, Inc. These donations will be reinvested into HRA initiatives and are tax-deductible contributions. ## 5. Harm Reduction Philosophy HRA promotes evidence-based approaches to minimizing the harmful effects of drug use through education and advocacy. We recognize that every individual's journey is unique. Some people prefer full abstinence to nullify the harmful effects of drugs, while others prefer to monitor their use and follow harm reduction principles to minimize harm and enhance their lives. Both approaches are valid, and we encourage users to maintain an open mind and refrain from stigmatizing drug users. ## 6. User Responsibilities 1. **Account Security:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. 2. **Compliance with Laws:** You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our site. 3. **Content Submission:** By submitting content to HRA, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, distribute, and display the content. You warrant that you have the right to grant this license. HRA will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that you are credited for your content whenever it is shared or used. ## 7.
